My size isn’t in stock. Will you be restocking it?
We’re always restocking our collection of men’s clothing, so there’s a good chance we’ll get your size back in stock soon! If you don’t see your size or item in stock, just hit the subscribe button and we’ll send you an email when it’s available.
If the item has a red banner that states “Clearance Item, NO Refunds or Exchanges”, it means that we are currently in the process of clearing this item out of our collection. Unfortunately, it is unlikely we will be restocking this item.
Can I change my order after I’ve paid?
We tend to process our orders very quickly, but if you would like to alter or cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible at support@uggexpress.com.au. We may be able to change the order for you.
If your order has already been shipped, there will be a $10 restocking fee.
What should I do if my clothes don’t fit?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or it doesn’t fit quite right, we offer a risk-free 30-day return, exchange and refund policy. If you would like to return your items, please contact us at support@uggexpress.com.au and we will approve your return. We ask that you send us detailed product information and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Once your return has been approved, we will send through a confirmation email with your return number and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
Please note that clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Clearance items are for final sale only as we will not be restocking these items.
We will only accept returns and exchanges if the items are unworn, unused and still have the tags on them. For more information, please see our Delivery & Returns Policy.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
It takes one to two business days for us to process your order and another three to seven days for your items to be delivered. Of course, the delivery time depends on whether you choose our free standard shipping or express shipping. You can get an estimate on delivery via this link.
Once your items have been shipped, we will email you a courier number that you can use to track your items in transit. Just pop your courier number into our Courier Tracking platform and we’ll find where your items are in an instant.
Please note that there may be delays around public holidays, especially around Christmas and the New Year.
My items are taking longer than expected to arrive. Where are they?
Again, you can use our Courier Tracking platform to see the progress of your delivery. However, it is important to note that many courier companies are experiencing delays due to the pandemic, even for express delivery.

- Can I return an online order to a physical store?
Yes, you can! Be sure to bring your invoice/receipt along with you to confirm the date of purchase. We can only accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Your items will need to be unworn, undamaged and should still have the tags on so we can return them to our stock.
- Do you offer click and collect services?
We only offer click and collect from our outlet store in Wentworth Point NSW. To pick up your order, please select “pick up” during the checkout process. Note: some items cannot be picked up from our outlet store as we may not have it in stock.
